Year 10 Careers Presentation and Q & A Session
with Princess Yachts - May 2023

A group of over 50 Year 10 students here at Ivybridge Community College attended a ‘Career Pathways at Princess Yachts presentation’ session.

The Team from Princess Yachts, which included a former alumni graduate student and an apprentice, talked about how they chose their pathways at the end of Year 11, recognising the importance of extra-curricular activities and work experience when it comes to applications for apprenticeships, university and future employment. 

Interested students were able to stay behind at the end of the presentation to speak to members of the Team individually about work experience and other opportunities.
