Complaints
Should you have a concern, please follow the procedures outlined in our Communications Leaflet in order to contact the correct person, who will then reply in a timely manner.
If you do not feel you have had a satisfactory response we have a rigorous complaints procedure. Formal and informal opportunities for feedback from both students and parents are central to our self-evaluation work.
Formal complaints will always follow the Westcountry Schools Trust (WeST) Complaints Policy and Procedure, which is consistent across all schools in WeST. Please read the Complaints Policy on the Policies page here:
