If you do not feel you have had a satisfactory response we have a rigorous complaints procedure.
Formal and informal opportunities for feedback from both students and parents are central to our self-evaluation work.
A complaint may be made in person, by telephone, or in writing.

Formal complaints will always follow the Westcountry Schools Trust (WeST) Complaints Policy and Procedure, which is consistent across all schools in WeST.
