Please complete the Year 9 Option Subject Change Request Form via the link below if you feel any adjustments need to be made to your child's allocation of subjects.

We cannot guarantee that any changes will be made, but we will consider all requests as much as possible once we have collated all responses.

We will contact parents/carers to discuss these changes where possible.

The deadline for requesting any changes is Thursday, 21 May 2026.
