But we would like to commence this report by congratulating some of our students who have achieved their Level 1 and 2 Certificates in Horse Care and Management.
These qualifications were delivered by our long-term partners, RDA (Riding for the Disabled) in Erme Valley.
We are incredibly proud of the resilience, confidence, and hardworking ethics our students showed throughout the course.
They have gained valuable practical skills and demonstrated true commitment.
Well done, everyone, your hard work truly paid off!

Meanwhile, one of our students has a bumper collection of medals to wear with pride following her recent Badminton activities.
Year 7 student Autumn (pictured) has seen success across recent regional tournaments including several gold medals.

Meanwhile, out on the run, what an outstanding display of endurance and speed at the recent Plymouth and West Devon Schools Cross Country Championships!
Our students achieved some phenomenal results against tough competition.
A huge congratulations to all our runners, especially those securing podium finishes!

Over on the cricket pitch, we would like to send a huge congratulations to Tom (pictured), who has been selected to play for the Devon First Team and will also be representing the Plymouth 4s Men's Cricket Team.
On top of this, Tom is stepping up to play for the Under 13 team.

Meanwhile, in what is fast becoming another College staple, our Volleyball players have been out in force.
A huge congratulations to our AOC U18 Mixed Volleyball Team!
They delivered a fantastic performance, securing a brilliant home win against a team from a College in North Devon.
The final score was a dominant 3 - 0!
Our AOC Mixed Volleyball Team matched this with a phenomenal win against their Somerset opponents.
The team put on a dominant display, sweeping the fixture with a clean 3-0 victory!
Their excellent communication, powerful serves and relentless teamwork were on full display.
Well done to the entire Team for this fantastic result!

Our Year 8 Girls matched this whilst competing on the Netball Court.
We would like to give a massive shout-out to our Year 8 Elite Netball Team who delivered an absolutely dominant performance against a team from a school in Cornwall!
The final score was an incredible 43-8 victory!
This huge win means the Girls are officially through to the 3rd Round of the National Cup!
This is fantastic progress, reflecting their hard work, commitment, and brilliant teamwork.

Over on the football field, we saw a solid effort from our Year 9 Elite Football Team in their away fixture against their Plymouth opponents!
The Team battled hard and put in a determined performance, resulting in a well-deserved 4-2 victory on the road!

Over on the Continent, a huge congratulations must go to Xavi (Year 9) who represented the College brilliantly at the Barcelona Football Cup!

They faced a tough challenge against a strong Brazilian side and finished as very proud runners-up of the entire tournament!
Xavi then joined fellow students Ted (pictured) and Jago for another outstanding achievement!
All three students have been selected for the upcoming Plymouth Schoolboys Team!
We are especially proud of Year 8 student Ted, who plays for the Exeter City Under 13 Team, as he was selected to play for the Schoolboys Under 14 Representative Team, playing up a year!

And finally, our Year 7 and 8 Elite and Development Rugby Teams had a character building day against Teams from a school in Tiverton!
This may have been a friendly fixture but was fought under tough and muddy conditions.
Commiserations to our Year 7 A and Year 8 A Teams who couldn’t get past the winning line on this occasion, however we would like to congratulate our opponents on their win.
Well done though to our Year 8 B Team who took a close victory in their contest.
