Trip to Launchpad Live Careers Fair

On Thursday, 28 September a group of Year 10 and 11 students visited the Launchpad Live Careers Fair in Plymouth.  Located within the grounds of the iconic Plymouth Argyle FC, this two-day careers event brought together key employers from the Plymouth area together with training providers from across the city to help showcase the skills and careers opportunities available for our young people.    

Our students had a fantastic time experimenting with interactive virtual reality headsets, taking part in competitions and hands on engineering puzzles, trying their hand at plastering and bricklaying, and also engaged in interesting conversations about their next steps and potential career pathways with all of the exhibitors.
