Health and Wellbeing
Sixth Form can be a great time of change in young people’s lives, and there are many new situations and issues that students face.
If you feel that you need to talk to someone at the College, in the first instance please contact your Tutor or Pastoral Leader.
All of these members of staff will be able to advise and refer on to more specialist help if necessary.
--------
There are also many agencies that offer help and support to students of a Sixth Form age, including:
Kooth
Focussing on help with mental health issues, Kooth offers an immediate online counselling service for people aged between 11 and 18 (they also have a monitored forum).
Online chat is available from midday on weekdays and from 6pm on weekends.
