Training School Administrator
We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual into an administrative role at
Ivybridge Community College.
Pay Scale: NJC Grade D (SCP 7-12) £16,690 - £18,427 pro rata
Dependent on experience
(Full time equivalent salary - £20,092 - £22,183 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours a week, 40 weeks per year
Contract: Fixed term for 12-months
The main purpose of the post holder will be to provide a high quality administrative support service with a specific responsibility for the Initial Teacher Training operations. Duties will be varied but the post holder’s main area of responsibility will be to provide administrative support, under the direction of the Assistant Principal, with responsibility for the training school programme and other funded initiatives.
The post holder will also provide administration support to the Senior Leadership Team around the annual whole College appraisals process. Occasionally the post holder will support with bookings arrangements for the Senior Leadership Team when travelling to attend external events.
This post requires excellent organisational ability, operational planning and a high level of accuracy in their work.
