Stress Awareness Week
From Monday, 26 April, Ivybridge Community College will be supporting the Mental Health and Wellbeing of students by celebrating Stress Awareness Week. This is a valuable opportunity to focus on the importance of optimum mental health.
Throughout the week, there will be: motivational pop-ups from our team of ambassadors, examination de-stress workshops, top tips on how to look after your own mental health, quizzes and challenges as well as a whole College assembly focussing on developing resilience. Ultimately, we will be encouraging our students to embrace their mistakes, ensuring that these are turned into opportunity rather than feelings of failure.
