Gifted and Talented Day Thursday
To celebrate National Breakfast Week held on 25-30 January, a small group of specially selected students adapted and developed breakfast dishes from a range of ingredients and hosted a VIP Brunch.
The students truly engaged in the day creating products from simple recipes that had been demonstrated to them by Mrs Scanlon and Ms Northey, developed skills in food preparation, hob/oven skills timings, product presentation and experienced the use of such fantastic ingredients donated from Mole Valley Farmers.
