After the success of the inaugural Open Mic in July 2025, the LRC is on the lookout for keen individuals to put their names forward to participate.

The original Open Mic, held before the Summer break, was a memorable event which included singing, short readings and even a magic performance (pictured).

Students are invited to share their own original songs, poems or short stories, or perform a cover version.

Slots are two minutes long and fill up fast, so anyone eager to take part is urged to register their interest as soon as they can.
