On Tuesday, 20 November over 270 Ivybridge Community College Sixth Form students travelled to Torquay to take part in the annual Road Safety presentation, run by Devon and Cornwall Police.

On Thursday, 8 November Ivybridge Community College Sixth Form students Adam Vosper and Courtney Ormrod in Year 12, and Holly Gearon and Olivia Wiseman in Year13, accompanied by Mr Mitchell, represented the College at the UKMT (United Kingdom Mathematics Trust) Senior Team Challenge, held at Coombe Dean School, in Plymouth.
On Monday, 12 November Alan Knight, who has been on the Governing Body since 11 December 2003, was formally thanked by the Chair of Governors, Mr Mike Saltern, for his dedication and commitment to the College.
Year 7 students, together with members of the Sustainability Group of Ivybridge Community College, have just completed a waste audit of the College.
During the week of 5 – 9 November a series of assemblies were held for Years 7 – 11 to commemorate the end of the First World War and to remember all the soldiers who sacrificed their lives to ensure that we have a safer and democratic society today.
Students from Creative Arts have been working hard to produce two separate works of art which have been created for Remembrance Day commemorations at the College.
