For about eighteen months, we have been raising awareness significantly of both Mental Health and Wellbeing at the College in the context of both staff and students.
The Careers Fair held on Wednesday, 21 November 2018 at Ivybridge Community College was a very busy event. Over forty five organisations and training providers from Plymouth and the South West were present, with over 800 students and parents attending.
In November, Ivybridge Community College Year 13 student, Abbie Tweedle, donated 15 inches of her hair for both The Little Princess Trust and Cancer Research UK after seeing first-hand the devastating impacts that both cancer and hair loss can have on individuals and their families.

On Thursday, 8 November Ivybridge Community College Sixth Form students Adam Vosper and Courtney Ormrod in Year 12, and Holly Gearon and Olivia Wiseman in Year13, accompanied by Mr Mitchell, represented the College at the UKMT (United Kingdom Mathematics Trust) Senior Team Challenge, held at Coombe Dean School, in Plymouth.
