A grand total of £245.00 meant that this was the highest amount raised to date.  Grateful thanks to everyone from Student Services who served the hungry staff with copious amounts of coffee and cake. Thank you to everyone who kindly donated cakes for this event.

Funds were boosted this year by the inclusion of entry fees from the quiz held in celebration of the European Day of Languages; the winners of which were the MFL Department.  Highlight of the quiz was the spontaneous acapella version of Swedish band, Europe's ‘The Final Countdown’.
